My kids went to the place few times already. Today we had one of the worst experienced with my three kids. The hygienists who took the x- rays were lack of empathy and didn’t handle the situation in a child friendly way. Both of them were rushed to complete the task and didn’t care if they were hurting the kids. My 6 yrs old were crying and the person asked whether she had any kind of disorders. During the cleaning, they were very unprofessional and they were quick to finish. The office really needs to change the way they treat the little ones.

I had one of the worst experiences at this clinic during my visit for my daughter’s tooth extraction. The doctor who treated her appeared to lack empathy and did not handle the situation in a caring or child-friendly manner. My daughter is only 5 years old, and I expected a gentle and supportive approach, especially given her age and anxiety during the procedure. Unfortunately, the experience felt cold and distressing. I hope the clinic takes patient care and communication more seriously, particularly when treating young children. Don’t visit this clinic ever. It seems All that review are fabricated.

Very disappointing experience on April 24, 2026. My child’s appointment was at 5:30 PM and I arrived at 5:55 PM. I understand I was late and appreciate that they still saw us. I also did not realize the office closed at 6:00 PM—I thought it closed at 6:30 PM. However, once they chose to proceed with the visit, I expected proper care rather than a rushed appointment. Dr. Le was kind and patient with my autistic child, which I appreciate. However, I’m not confident the cleaning was done thoroughly due to how quickly everything was handled. X-rays were taken but never explained or reviewed with me. I also brought a health form that should have been completed by the dentist, but it was instead filled out by front desk staff who seemed unsure, and it ended up being incorrect. A more appropriate solution would have been to hold the form for the dentist to complete properly and send it to me afterward to my email. I understand that I was late, but if there wasn’t enough time to provide proper attention and care, it would have been more appropriate to reschedule rather than rush through the visit. Overall, not a great experience! ESPECIALLY for a child’s first dental visit!!!!

I had an Appointment schedule for my Daughter today. I was running late so I informed them that I was going to be late. After getting there, they told me I will be waiting about 20-30 minutes. they made us wait about 40 minutes. when everyone that were there before us were done, they started Calling the ones that arrived after us. When I asked them, They said they were on time. They do not even care about the patients there. There is no use of us notifying them that we wwre running late. This is so unethical, how can you call somebody that came after you and your kid starts asking you why are they not calling us. also when we had extraction done under Nitrous oxide In February, my daughter was crying the entire time they were doing extraction. that nitrous oxide was never used correctly.

Little T dentistry was such a pleasant surprise!! Very professional, welcoming, and accommodating staff. After our usual dentist office cancelled my children's scheduled 6 month check up and cleaning last minute with no availability to reschedule, Little T was able to accommodate us and give us an appointment next day so that my children did not have to miss the maintenance of their teeth. This place was so clean, organized, and has kid friendly decor throughout. The dentist took the time to go over x-rays with me and was open to answering any questions or concerns my children or I had. He talked the children through the whole process making sure they were comfortable and knew exactly what he was going to do next. I'm usually very skeptical about switching providers because it's hard to find quality care and service, but they did not disappoint!! If you're looking for friendly quick service without having to sacrifice customer service definitely bring your children here. Thoroughly impressed 💚
